Walking through 77 Palms, what stood out to me was the scale of the home, but also how warm and considered it still felt. Grand without feeling overwhelming, with every detail adding to the experience!

About the Project 👇

Overlooking Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina, 77 Palms is a 7,000 sq. ft. contemporary residence shaped around its striking 15-foot ceilings and expansive volumes.

Natural stone, warm wood, textured finishes and bespoke details bring depth and softness to the interiors, balancing the home’s dramatic proportions.
The design brings together clean contemporary lines with subtle classical influences, creating a home that feels sophisticated, timeless and distinctly personal.
