The BIGGEST reason I wanted to show you their work is because I FELL IN LOVE with their silk origami. Dhoop Chhaanv silk is a traditional silk that changes colour as you move, making the 3D origami artwork more dynamic! (Shown in the video)

Orikrit, @orikrit simply meaning ‘made with folds’ began in 2021 as a passion project for Deepti and Ayush.

Fascinated by how a fold adds magic of light-shadow and three dimensionality, ORIKRIT hand-crafts objets d’art combining the love for the age old art of Origami with a contemporary aesthetic.

As space designers, their focus is on the versatility of each art installation crafted with familiar materials to fit in and yet stand out as meditative and innovative!
