About the project 👇
This project is an exceptional 200 year old house with a large garden on a stunning road in London. The façade is beautiful white stucco with original architectural details. Acknowledging and preserving the interior architectural detailing, layers of colour and texture with dark chevron timber flooring were added. The colour palette has warm muted wall colours which showcase the client’s art collection and textured wallpaper in certain areas.The combination of materials from marble, mirror, metal, timber to soft velvets and leathers create a varied, tactile and cohesive feel. @ektavarma

Shalini Misra Design is a global award-winning interior design practice with current projects in 11 international cities including 750 apartments in UAE, a triplex apartment on the 60th floor of a modern tower in Mumbai, a jet and a yacht. They have offices in London, New York, Milan, India and the UAE. Each project has a tailored approach with furniture pieces and lighting designed bespoke with remarkable craftspeople. They enjoy getting to know their clients and having design discussions which result in projects that go beyond aligning with their lifestyle.
