This penthouse sits in Central Park Tower and spans three entire floors — over 17,500 sq ft of thoughtfully designed luxury.
It’s also the highest residential apartment in the world. Not Burj Khalifa (turns out that’s mixed-use!). I only recently found that out too.

• A double-height living area with 21 ft ceilings
• And full-length windows with views of Central Park and the Empire State Building
The primary suite faces the entire Central Park skyline — and MY FAVOURITE- the building has a stabilising pendulum in the basement to soften the sway caused by wind at that height!
