What if curtains didn’t need curtain rods? 👀

While visiting The Invisible Collection in New York, I came across one of the most unexpected window treatments I’ve ever seen.

Instead of traditional curtains or Venetian blinds, a beautiful fabric was weighted with custom brass plates, creating a sculptural, minimal window dressing that felt more like an art installation than a curtain.

It’s such a simple concept, yet the execution is everything, from choosing the right fabric to getting the weight, finish, and detailing just right.

Sometimes, the best design ideas come from questioning the way we’ve always done things.
