Door Skins

Door skins… the term itself made me curious! What is a door skin? Well it is a 2-3mm thick layer of Decorative Concrete and/or Liquid Metal that can be applied on top of the door panel to give it a unique aesthetic design.

Usual door finishes are veneer, laminate, PU/paint finishes etc but @evolveindia has opened the door (pun intended!) to countless more options by offering door skins. The skin can have different textures, colours and materials, making each door unique!

My personal favourite detailing is that the door number of the home or office can be added ON the door skin, instead of having it on a name plate outside the house.
