Ridhi, What Are 3D Marble Panels?

2 Observations. A)I have never seen pieces of marble layered on top of each other to create a 3D wall panel. The implementation of it is mind boggling! There are sooo many different types of marbles used. It takes a month to conceptualise it and then weeks to create it! You really need a big company like @tilakstoneartsindia to have access to massive marble yards to pick and choose the marble they want for the wall panel. And the outcome is just GORGEOUS. It’s a piece that people will be complimenting for years in your home or office because the workmanship is just wow! For me, having a wall panel like this is the epitome of luxury.

B) Creating inlay work is extremely tedious and labour intensive. And the craftsmen working on it puts his heart and soul in one project for months. I spoke to the artisan at @tilakstoneartsindia and the inlay he is making in the reel will take him 6 months. It’s like a baby to him. And I can’t stop raving about the quality of the marbles used and how seamless their work is. I wish I knew about them earlier so I could have used them in my projects!
