3D Printed Office!

I’m so proud and excited for you all to see this! I love to see our country progress and brands like @godrejandboyce are helping do that! The 3D printed office, security cabin and bus stop have been part of their innovation challenge. I loved meeting the team @godrejandboyce Construction that is made up of dedicated professionals who get excited when faced with a new challenge. Their hard work, immaculate planning and ‘we can do it’ attitude made them achieve milestones that make India proud.

1. The ‘Cocoon’ Office: It took months of planning, open communication with each vendor and use of lean construction tools to be able to install the 500 sq.ft structure in less than 40 hours. The bathroom was pre-fabricated to save time and they had enough of labourers working continuously to achieve this. The foundation and landscaping development is also included in the 40 hours. They have used recycled concrete to build the structure.
2. The Security Office: It is designed to remain cool during the summers, even though they have used concrete as the material. Concrete typical makes the space warm. They designed the cabin strategically to ensure the outside heat does not penetrate.
3. The Bus Stand: With flexible solar panels built in, this truly is a sustainable design that we need to implement at every bus stop.
